Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time with a firm handshake and good eye contact. Wore a suit and tie and got right to work. He not only did the job but welcomed questions and interest in the process. He also did not give up on some of the technical challenges and stayed over the allotted time to improve the workings of the instrument. I would highly recommend Luke’s tuning work as well as the mini classical music concert he gave at the end to check his work!
